A stunning transformation of a 100-year-old home in Lake Oswego. We kept the classic trim and windows of the house and annexed a former sleeping porch to create space for a dressing area and soaking tub. In our continued efforts to maintain the original charm, we kept the existing window and reworked frames the homeowner already had to create a long double vanity. Since it’s an older home, we added heated floors in the bathroom and a fireplace in the bedroom to combat the draft. The finishes are a nod to the homeowners second residence in France.
