This 1940’s era West Hills home was blessed with a daylight basement but cursed with bulky duct work, dark corners and about five different wall textures none of them good. With a combination of smart space planning, new surfaces and fantastic locally built custom furniture we transformed a dark and unused space into a bright, comfortable family destination.
None of this would have come together this beautifully without the expert project management and remodeling work of Paul Hegarty of Hegarty Construction and his unbeatable team of subcontractors and craftspeople. Thank you to all, you’re all amazing and Lord Design is honored to be able to work with you.
